Luxurious is committed to the highest standards of luxury curation. Every product available through our platform is thoroughly verified for authenticity, craftsmanship, and condition.

We make every effort to display high-fidelity photography, colors, fabrics, and descriptions. However, because individual screen displays and color calibrations differ, we cannot guarantee that your device will depict colors with total accuracy. Dimensions and weights are provided as close approximations.

03. Orders, Pricing & Currency

All prices on Luxurious are presented and settled in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

We reserve the right to revise catalog prices, descriptions, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. While we strive to avoid typographical errors, should a product be cataloged with an incorrect price or specification, Luxurious reserves the right to cancel or decline any order placed for that product.

Receipt of an order confirmation email serves solely as an acknowledgement of your request and does not constitute final acceptance of your purchase. Order fulfillment remains subject to inventory availability, fraud verification, and payment authorization.

04. Payment & Financial Security

We support major global payment methods, including verified credit/debit cards and secure digital payment gateways. All financial transactions are encrypted through PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

By providing payment credentials, you confirm that you are the legitimate cardholder or authorized user. Luxurious maintains zero tolerance for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of payment misuse.

05. Shipping, Handling & Title

We offer express courier shipping across the United Arab Emirates as well as select international destinations. Orders are packaged in bespoke protective boxes to safeguard luxury items during transit.

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes communicated at checkout are estimates. Luxurious shall not be held liable for courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing times.
• Risk of Loss: All risk of loss and title for merchandise transfer to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the destination address specified at checkout.
• Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, any local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

06. 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our client experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your selection, eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

• Condition Requirements: Returned goods must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any perfumes, marks, or signs of wear.
• Packaging & Security Tags: All original luxury packaging, dust bags, authenticity documentation, care cards, hanger bags, and intact security tags must accompany the return.
• Footwear Guidelines: All footwear must be tried on soft, clean, carpeted surfaces only. Items showing scuffed soles or creased leather will be declined and returned to sender.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized pieces, bespoke alterations, personalized items, and intimate apparel are strictly final sale.
• Refund Issuance: Following physical inspection and approval by our Authentication Department, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

07. Intellectual Property

All content on Luxurious—including but not limited to brand identifiers, logos, editorial designs, photography, text, graphics, icons, animations, and software code—is the exclusive property of Luxurious or its content licensors and is protected under United Arab Emirates and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and place personal orders through the site. Any duplication, redistribution, scraping, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent from Luxurious is strictly prohibited.

08. Prohibited Conduct

When accessing or interacting with our platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
• Interfere with server integrity, execute vulnerability scans, or deploy automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers without express permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
